Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using https://kiwifreshmeats.co.nz/ This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at https://kiwifreshmeats.co.nz/

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.

If for any reason you have received an incorrect item or your order has not been delivered and you’re not happy with your order please contact us at butchery@kiwifreshmeats.com

You must notify KIWIFRESHMEATS via email the same day of the delivery being made. Consumed or already disposed of items will not be eligible for a refund or credit and photographic evidence of the product and packing slip in question provided.

Unfortunately we cannot issue a refund or credit if more than 24 hours have passed since the arrival of your order before notifying us.

If KIWI FRESH MEATS asks you to ship back the goods please use the address provided by the team. KIWI FRESH MEATS will cover any and all shipping and fulfilment costs incurred in sending goods back for inspection or assessment if deemed responsible for any product non conformance issues.

Please pack the item/items securely in the box your meat was delivered in, including wool liner and ensure ice packs are frozen. All products must be returned in good condition, in original packaging (if possible) to receive full credit or refund. 

We do our very best to deliver within the times given. We also use an independent company in to ship our goods so please be aware these times can alter. If you have any issues with your order please contact us by email on butchery@kiwifreshmeats.com

If for what ever reason we are unable to supply any product(s) you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible to ask if you would like another product at the same or higher value or issue an immediate refund on the item.

Payments are processed through the secure paymark system. Any credit card details stored for recurring payments are done so on the paymark website. No credit card information is stored by KIWI FRESH MEATS

Payments must be received prior to orders being shipped. If you would like to query the charges to your credit card please email us on butchery@kiwifreshmeats.com

KIWI FRESH MEATS reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices are GST inclusive and are displayed and processed in New Zealand Dollars.

Due to meat being a perishable product we are unable to accept cancellations or make amendments on the day of cutting and packing or delivery.

If you wish to make changes to your order you can amend your order up until 5pm two days prior to delivery.

Please email butchery@kiwifreshmeats.com if you wish to cancel an order.

KIWI FRESH MEATS reserves the right to refuse and cancel any orders at our sole discretion. This may occur for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to the unavailability of products, errors in the description or price of the product, or any other issue identified by our team. Customers will be notified as soon as possible if an order is cancelled, and any payments made will be refunded immediately.

By ordering from us you accept that your information entered will be used to deliver the goods and it may be stored on our database so we can manage customer service or other enquiries about your order.  We may also send an electronic invite to provide feedback and promotional information from us

KIWI FRESH MEATS will use your personal information for purposes that relate to the operation of our business and the provision of services to you as well as promotional and/or educative activities including keeping you up-to-date with products, services or events we think would be of particular interest to you. 'Marketing' may include email marketing and/or SMS marketing. 'Marketing' communications can be opted out of at checkout, by unsubscribing in your inbox or contacting our team on butchery@kiwifreshmeats.com
